Privacy Policy (English)

Cementix Field ("the App") is an internal business application provided for authorized employees of Tatweer group companies, including Tatweer, Cementix, and Labenats, where applicable. This policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. Who can use the App

The App is restricted to authorized employees of Tatweer group companies, including Tatweer, Cementix, and Labenats, where applicable. Access requires valid company credentials issued by the relevant company. It is not intended for the general public.

2. Information we collect

  • Account & identity: your employee username/number, name, job title, department, branch, and work contact details, retrieved from the Company's ERP system.
  • Device information: device name, platform (iOS/Android), and app version, used to register your device.
  • Push token: a notification token used to deliver work-related notifications to your device.
  • Business records: the App may display or update Company ERP records such as customers, vendors, leads, quotations, purchase orders, inventory records, delivery records, payment collection records, notes, attachments, and related contact details. These records are used only for Company business operations.
  • Payments: the App may record internal customer payment or collection entries in the Company ERP system. The App does not collect payment card numbers, bank account numbers, Apple Pay data, loans, investments, or trading information.
  • Location: when you choose to capture a location (e.g., for a customer, lead, or project), the App accesses your device's location at that moment. Location is not tracked in the background.
  • Camera & photos: used only when you scan barcodes or attach images to records. The App does not access your photo library or camera without your action.
  • Biometrics: Face ID / fingerprint authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system. We do not collect, store, or transmit your biometric data.

3. How we use your information

  • To authenticate you and secure access to Company systems.
  • To provide the App's business features (sales, purchasing, inventory, deliveries, payments, and related operations).
  • To send you work-related notifications and updates.
  • For internal operational, security, and support purposes.

4. Data storage & security

Your username and a device access key are stored securely on your device using the operating system's secure storage. Your password is never stored on the device. All communication with Company servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). The Company may revoke a device's access at any time.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Your information is processed only within authorized Tatweer group company systems, including Tatweer, Cementix, and Labenats where applicable, and by service providers acting on their behalf to operate the App (for example, secure hosting and push-notification delivery). We may disclose information where required by law.

6. Data retention

Information is retained for as long as you remain an authorized user and as required for the Company's legitimate business and legal obligations. When your access is revoked, locally stored credentials are removed from the device.

7. Your rights

Employees may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, or request account deactivation, subject to applicable law and the Company's business record-keeping obligations. 8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL, with the effective date shown above.
